AfterClean it once, then keep it that way
A freshly cleaned patio looks brand new, but left alone the black spot, lichen and weeds come back. Sealing after the clean protects the surface, so growth struggles to take hold in the first place.
It also changes what happens next year. A sealed surface is quicker for me to clean, so your yearly maintenance visit costs less, and your patio or driveway never gets back to the state it was in.

I'm Joel. I started this business as Jetmates and it's now Renaco: same person, same standards, with sealing, repointing and ongoing maintenance added to the cleaning.
Before this I worked as a quantity surveyor, so I'm used to pricing work properly and telling you upfront what it will cost. If your patio needs repairing rather than cleaning, I'll say so.
Common questions
How much does patio or driveway cleaning cost?
It depends on the size, the surface and how much growth there is, which is why I price from photos. Send a few on WhatsApp and you'll get a fixed price.
Will pressure washing damage my patio?
Not when it's done properly. I adjust the pressure and method to the surface, and take more care with softer stone and with pointing that is already loose.
How long will it stay clean?
That depends on shade, moisture and trees overhead. Unsealed, growth usually starts creeping back within a year or two. Sealing slows that down considerably, and a yearly maintenance clean keeps it looking new.
Do I need to be in?
No. I just need access to the area and an outside tap. I'll send you photos when it's finished.
